Microsoft E12-00072 Review: Picture It! Premium 7.0 [Old Version]. Absolutely inferior to its predecessor! This is a downgrade. For some reason, this seems to be a labotomized version of the last one. If you're interested in the Picture it! series, find the older versions. This version has removed a number of tools, such as the special effects tools. The silly putty tool is gone.
